I had been looking for the Naples Queen furniture set and had been unable to find it elsewhere, without an eight month wait, despite about 30 hours of research and contacting many other companies. When I called Bedtime NYC, Alex returned my call promptly and was very knowledgeable. He let me know the set was in stock and sent me an invoice right away so I could pay and order it. He also found a local delivery service (I am located in Western New York) so getting the furniture went more smoothly on my end. I am tremendously grateful for his work on my behalf and would highly recommend this company!

Fantastic experience! Eugene was kind, professional, and accommodating. He offered me honest professional advice and helped me make the right choice, even when his advice probably costed him a higher sales total. But in my mind that is good business. Buying furniture online is a very scary large purchase. But after this experience and the excellence of Eugene - he earned all my future business.
