Higgins Grounds Maintenance

I am so satisfied with the service I received from Matt & his Team at Higgins grounds! we laid out a bunch of sod, dressed up some nice rocks around the landscaping and helped out with the drainage so theres no more pools in the side of my house after it rains thanks again for all the hard work guys! I highly recommend using Higgins grounds

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. They brought top soil and spread it, seeded, and brought a cord of firewood and stacked it. Also took away our grass and leaf mulch pile. They left everything better than they found it. Great customer service and very reasonable prices.

Higgins mailed an advertisement to my home. Lucky for me they were the exact services I was looking for, and I emailed them letting them know I would like a quote. I told Matt it was a residential property and even attached a picture that gave him an idea on the size. When I spoke with him on the phone I let him know the land was maybe half an acre. He never said anything about the size of the job. I then waited around for him all morning on Sunday instead of taking my kids to the park like I had promised. He walked around my property, asked questions, and told me he would send a quote. Once again, never mentioning the possibility of the job being too small. Later that day I got an email stating the job was too small so he didn't provide me with a quote at all. My time was completely wasted and when I told him that was how I felt, he was argumentative and never offered an apology for wasting my time. The communication needs a major improvement.

I hired these guys to install mulch, stone, boulders, and sod. Its been about 5 weeks now and the sod really took great! They showed up bright and early on the scheduled day and finished on schedule.
