        Place was so busy. Was still greeted right away and helped right away . Staff was very attentive. John was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with .

        The bank has a drive-thru but I didn't use it I went inside and went to a teller. I put my card in the machine and then tell her gave me the money I wanted. Tell her also gave me a envelope and a receipt.

        Rude staff and untrained staff. I Dont expect better from BofA. Thats the nature of big banks in US. They know customers dont have many alternatives. Do business with regional banks and credit unions if you want better customer service.
