Dream It Balloon Co

I worked with Dream It Balloon Co for my baby shower in December 2022, and while I was pleased with both the customer service and balloon display at my event, when it came time to plan my daughter's 1st birthday party, I was left disappointed and aggravated by the lack of communication and customer service. I communicated back and forth via email on the design I wanted for the balloon display, as well as pricing, but when it came time to pay my deposit to secure my date, I got radio silence (even after sending several follow up emails and I also submitted a new inquiry email). Also, don't bother calling their number you might see on other vendors websites, no one answers the phone. I do not recommend working with Dream It Balloon Co (especially for such a special event in your life).

Unresponsive and borderline rude!! Had to leave one star just because there was no other option! So I found this place and decided to contact them via email (only contact information available) to do a balloon garland for a birthday celebration. My siblings and I provided the information needed and we got a quote which was reasonable. As we tried to contact them again during the week to finalize we were not getting a response so I decided to go to the store, only to find what seems to be a store being remodeled and one person was there cleaning up. I asked if I could get a phone number to contact the person in charge to finalize everything, I called and they didnt pick up, I figured they were busy so I sent a text message. A couple hours later I received the below message back (literally cut the message from the text); My personal number is not for business use. If I have not gotten to an email it means I am dedicating my full attention to this weekends clients the same way I will when it is time for your event. While I fully appreciate and understand the commitments to an existing customer and event, this was not a very professional response to a potential customer. First of all I received the contact number from a person who works thereunderstand that the key to driving a successful business is reasonable customer service and not scolding potential customers as such. Thankfully I was able to find another reputable and reliable company to work with, needless to say that I will take my business elsewhere and will NEVER consider this place again. My event is next week and I was preoccupied that things were not finalizedthings happen for a reason and while this place seems to do great work, they lack experience in customer empathy, care and professionalism.

Kristina and Dream It make magic happen. She is so professional and kind. She created such a beautiful balloon back drop for my birthday - truly exceeding what I had envisioned. She has such an artistic and creative way of arranging the perfect decor for your event! She is definitely the leader in party backdrop / balloon decor.
