I recently had the pleasure of working with North Bergen Title Agency Inc for the closing of my property, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with their services. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient title agency, look no further!
What makes "North Bergen Title Agency Inc" apart from a typical one is the following personal experience with Sandy!
When we are closing the property, one of our banks cannot wire a few tens of thousands of dollars due to technical reasons in 3 business days. However, we are scheduled to moving into the new property in two days!
Sandy told us to, first, be HAPPY because we are getting a new house and we should enjoy this process! This is her original words! What a lovely agent!
Subsequently, Sandy told us that we can still close as long as we can pay the remaining balance in 3 days because certain $$$ amount will not get to the agents/attorney/individuals in 3 business days anyway. And those USD together is higher than our unpaid remaining balance. I am not sure what the details behind the scene she did. But eventually, we get the deal closed at the scheduled time.
So, if you need a title agency, choose "North Bergen Title Agency". They are the BEST!
