        We have been staying here for years now. The upstairs people have been making unbearable noise (it literally sounds like someone is purposefully jumping on the floor or smashing a hammer into the floor) that disturbs us every single day and night. We have tried EVERYTHING. We have spoken to evo Englewood management about it, we have been told that they have been warned about it. Nothing has worked or changed. This is actually outrageous. If this does not change Im afraid I will actually find somewhere else to live. I am not joking when I say I cant even sleep in peace because nothing is being done about noise disturbances in this building. On top of that, I work from home and it is so difficult to manage my CAREER whilst all this is taking place. I have sent so many emails about it and nothing is being done. Awful service and they clearly dont care enough to talk to the people making that much noise. We also arent the only ones that have complained about this, the Nextdoor people have also complained.

        The building is always so clean and Omar from maintenance is very responsive and professional. The front office staff is so kind, helpful and always willing to help and answer any question I highly recommend living here. 10/10
