Rosa is an excellent agent, I signed a lease at a property she represented and she made the process easy and straight forward. Communication is direct and she is very responsive call/text/email. She helped answer any questions or concerns I have about the new apartment. I visited her office a few times to handle a few documents and items and it is always a pleasant experience.
