    Horrible service department. I call in to schedule my appointment for service on my RAM. Ive been trying to get someone on the phone, whenever you call in for the service department, theyre not able to get a service advisor on the phone and are told to come in person. 1st I was told a proxy configuration on my car was $675 to do. When I picked up the vehicle, I was charged $900 for it. When I asked the service rep, why it was $900. He instantly responded thats with tax. Tax $225? I was told I need to wait until the following Monday to speak to the service manager. 2nd: my front camera has not been working. I dropped it off. Was told its good to go and its been fixed. It still doesnt work. Overall experience here is just frustrating. $1,500+ paid in service, and there is no difference in my car from when I dropped it off. Stay away. Never bringing my car here again.

    I have to say Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. My wife and I both felt very comfortable with all his advice. We would definitely recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Eddie. Its like having a family member in the dealership.
