I recently switched insurance companies from Allstate to Ottererstedt after being with Allstate for over 20+ years. I worked with Pete Laudenbauk and not only did he save me a lot of money, he was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him!! He is patient, literally available around the clock and explains the policies!

By far the best insurance agency I have ever done business with.Having an intelligent group of employees and a selection in excess of 30 Insurance Underwriters my Broker Peter Laudenbach found me a company with benefits that were never offered to me previously as well as less expensive than I was paying in the past.After an incident with a tractor Trailer my agent has gone as far as to call both the insurance company and towing company and stay on the phone for over an hour and 20 minutes until the towing company picked me and my car up.Anytime I've called Otterstedt's office and my broker was unavailable I was 100% satisfied with the help I received from other representatives no different than if I was their own client.I'll end this now by saying there is not much of a thought process when you have a choice from more than 30 different insurance companies to choose from rather than just one company.Having a highly experienced broker find the best policy for you is the only way to go.

Just a quick note to thank the agency for all the great work theyve done for me over the years! It has always been a pleasure dealing with the people there. My previous agent Luisa Vera was like talking to a friend, always good advice and helpful! Now my agent Phyllis Cuccinelli has that touch on the phone that makes everything easy and complete.
