It was my first time using Liberty Tax and my appointment did not start on time I had to wait 45 minutes or so , in which I was ok with, but what made me very unsatisfied was the fee that I was charged for a simple tax . I was quoted $225 on the phone with Janet and I explained to her what I was bringing in with me and she said, no problem. When my taxes were completed she told me I had to pay $400 in which I have never ever paid that much anywhere especially, since I own no property . I told her that wasnt what she quoted me over the phone and her response was well youre getting a decent refund back. I had no knowledge she was charging clients based on their refund. My husband went to another accountant for his after my experience and I showed that accountant my forms and what I bought to Liberty Tax and what I paid and he himself said, I was definitely over charged as one person. So I personally would not be going back to this location.

I used Liberty Tax in Elmwood Park. The facility was welcoming. I was greeted immediately by Janet. She was professional & pleasant. She completed my taxes in less than a hour and I add to my satisfaction. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a tax service. Marie
