SK Nail Lounge

Very unprofessional, unwelcoming and rude. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. The only nice one is the woman who does pedicures.

The only nice thing I can say is about the pedicure lady. The nail techs are ALL rude without exception. Also I got nail fungus on 3 nails. When you want to take off your nails for a full set they basically rip your old nails off.

I had an appointment with Sophie. I choose this place because Im picky and I was informed that they always deliver. She started on my first nail and was already complaining and giving me an attitude that you cant do short almond nails. I assured her that it can be done because thats all I get. Im picky but I tip well and she told me she didnt need the tip. On top of that she had me put my wrist over a paper towel roll. Instead of a wrist rest pad. Maybe with the tip I would have given her she could have afforded one. I will not be returning
