Too much of a Hassle just for an apartment showing. I didnt get shown an apartment because I didnt have my ID. They want to charge for things that they should really take care of, like an inspection. The only reason I was interested was because is close to my job but with all the bad reviews, its not even worth it.

Hello, Please stay a way from those apartments. There is no safety at all, the management is terrible, there was an assistant manager her name Ashley, she was great, but when this new manager Yacob took over, he missed everything around. He should get traning some where else and come to the management role.

Never In my life had ears nose & throat issues since moving here ! Its like Im allergic to my apartment! I stay sick ! They stay painting over mold instead of fixing the problem! My child developed health issues from this apartment! I cant wait to move its killing us slowly !!! Dont move here save yourself agony

Oh where do I start with this place !!! I need to get in contact with someone in corporate,because (Ive already contacted the office about issues no one would believe what Im being told!) They pretend to be taking care of whats going on,but dont ...TO BE CONTINUED!! Something needs to be done about neighbors who have additional occupants living in their unit! Its getting out of hand and Ive been complaining about this matter for well over a year! 10p a kid is outside throwing the basketball to reach the number on the building(which hes been asked before not to do,but continues to do)my upstairs neighbor have a baby and had to ask him to stop! THIS NIGHTMARE JUST DOES NOT END !!! Dont be fooled by them replying to this review,because Ive reached out to office management over and over again about the situation!Ive been reaching out over and over again for months now with no resolution! I do not feel safe or have peace in my home and Elmwood Village could care less!

So today I spoke with an older Spanish lady named Juliana about the way the grounds are kept. The Elmwood Terrance side. The play area where all the kids play is full of DOG and BIRD FECES. WE all know it's not healthy for the children to play out their. I said to her it needs to be better kept. Cleaned not everyday but maybe every other day. Put a fence around it. That way the dogs and owners do not have access to go inside of the playground. I also explained to her it's not healthy at all. BIRD and DOG FECES all over their shoes , coats, clothes whatever. It's disgusting. She told me Thank you and she will ket management know. She was also very appreciative. I'm going to watch and wait to see if any steps where taken. With this problem. It needs to be taken serious. These are babies. I pray my kids do not catch anything nor get sick. Glad I was able to get a name. Nobody cares anyway. It's all about the coins.
