        Very disappointed. DHL made a false claim that the delivery attempt was made. We are a store with multiple people inside I even signed a signature release to make sure the delivery be made as scheduled. Paid premium for overnight delivery. I would have been okay if the just change the delivery day to the next day but I am not okay with them making false claims about attempting to deliver. Very disappointing service. Update......was contacted by the social media care team and was assured the delivery will be made today but it wasn't.

        Terrible company, they play with your time, they charge you a lot for shipping and then it doesn't even arrive on the day they set it, I'm still waiting for a package and they don't even know what day it arrives, they just tell you that you have to wait, I don't recommend it, don't send your packages here
