Just a disgusting place. Rude. The shuttle did not pick us up on the way back. No apologies as well.

They hit my car with another vehicle while trying to get it out instead of giving me insurance information they gave me the owners number and when i called him he said he was going to call me later. Never did and ignoring my calls now

The driver was SO RUDE!!! He was complaining about the amount of bags we had. Clearly we were on vacation which is why we were using this service.
He was asking people for a tip. He went to throw my mothers bag and she asked him to not throw it because she had a glass gift inside and he yelled at her.
Once we were back in the parking lot he almost hit my husband with the bus and said he did that because he didnt leave a tip. Keep in mind it was 40 degrees and we were traveling with a baby so the last thing on our mind was just tip after being so rude.
Never again will we use this spot. I rather pay to leave my car at the airport!

Absolute garbage. Rude, dont answer the phone when calling for the shuttle. Called several times and didnt get a call for 45 minutes. Had to pay an Uber to get me to my car. Tons of other options do not use these people. P.O.S
