        Cohoes There are 3 cashiers for more than 100 people. Have been waiting for 1 hour to get three items needed. Ridiculous

        The worse experience every time I come here. There is no different line for returning items. If you buy 1-2 item do not spend time in big line. Go to other stores. issue not good management. Only few registered open. Line is too big like one hour and sometime more than one hour.

        Last Tuesday I went to this store and the line wasn't that bad but most people were buying a entire cart, so it took a while. There was just two cashiers and then I noticed that the manager and other employee opened another cashier machine. The thing is that the manager skipped the line and was buying so many things that it could fill two entire carts. When most people on the line noticed she was in working hours and was buying on a busy hour, complained about it. After someone complained out loud, the manager started to laugh at us with the oter employees, and she still bought everything in the carts. Please do something about this, it was a unnecessary bad time for everyone in the store that just wanted to buy some stuff.
