I have had the call on hold for an hour and they are not able to answer, terrible service, if they do not speak Spanish, they must have some way of answering because the page does not say that there is no service for Hispanics

The wait time is way to long, weather you have an appointment or not. I only had 2 ppl in front of me when I arrived at 2:18 here it is 2:51 and still havent seen anyone, and they also took another person that came after me b4 me and I was told Im in the rack when asked how did the person go b4 me and how much longer was my wait.Front desk always act like they are annoyed. The drs. are very professional and quick and are more than willing to answer any questions you ask, unlike front desk. Moving forward I finally went back and the service is way better nurse Sonia Fernandez was amazing, she lets you know everything before during and after she treats you, also Brenda & I forgot the other nurse name but they where fast friendly and very helpful.So Im changing to a 5 star. Smh here we go again I called to see if I can walk in they said yes they close at 4pm. I walk in at 3:10 and they tell me its to late, how is it to late when you close at 4pm and it was not a soul in the office but me so I dont see why I couldnt be seenSo now Im changing to a 2star, cause that makes no sense at all. I get you wanna go home, but you close at 4 and the service I need would have only taken not even 2minutes.

Went to my appointment scared but had a great experience. All the staff were super friendly, respectful and supportive. The place was super clean. Would recommend it 100%
