Been on the line at the elizabet store 25 min so far 9 people waiting and still the male attendant is working with the same female customer only 1 ONLY ONE person working here worst ever will post it every where with pics and videos

Optimum has to be the most unreliable internet ever created on the planet. How can one pay 100+ for 1 gigabit internet and the internet is still slow and incredibly inconsistent. My internet has been extremely slow for 3 weeks now, and then one day it will magically come back just for it to go back being extremely slow the next day. Do not waste your time.

Alianne give the most amazing customer service a rep can give.. because she to the time to look into my account and explained to me that i could have a better understanding of what was going on with my account..she never once made me feel i asked to many questions or show any signs she was impatient with me..SHE IS EVERYTHING CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD LOOK LIKE IN LEADERSHIP!! I DEMAND SHE HAS A RAISE FOR THE OVER THE TOP AND EXCEPTION SERVICE THAT OFFICE AS A WHOLE GIVES!!!
