I would like to thank German and Carlos for the fantastic job that was done for the addition in my house.These guys are true professionals, they are very knowledgeable in what they do and everything was done in a timely fashion from beginning to end. They give us ideas for our project, and also work around our own. We are very pleased with all the work that was done in our home, and we are looking forward to work with them again in the short future for more projects that we got in mind. Omg. Where to begin. German and team are absolutely incredible. We recently moved into our house and they saved the day, providing such amazing and valuable insight on so many things. I own a 125-year-old house that has not been renovated since the 50s/60s. Over the past 25 years, I have dealt with many contractors. But this was the first time the experience felt cooperative and satisfying - from beginning to end. I renovated two bathrooms with German and Carlos, and their very talented team. They were professional, respectful, hard-working, solution-oriented, cleaned up every day, and most importantly, they patiently discussed every aspect of the renovations with me, and answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked them. Before, during, and after. Any challenges were quickly resolved. And at the end of it all, I have two beautiful bathrooms that I walk into every day and just smile! Both baths were taken down to the studs and rebuilt. The bathrooms passed rough and final inspections with no issues as the city inspectors were impressed with their plumbing, electrical and building skills, and complimented their work. Gecas price was very reasonable, and they are worth every penny! They stand behind their work because they aim for perfection every time. The results speak for themselves. I highly recommend them, and plan to use them again for future projects. My wife and I worked with German and Carlos from Geca Solutions for a complete gut renovation to turn our old 1931 house into our dream home! A full gut renovation is far from easy, but Geca Solutions made our experience as easy as it possibly could have been. German helped us navigate through difficult construction and material decisions and proposed creative solutions to achieve a modern atheistic. Most importantly, we were able to adhere to our budget without having to comprise on design. I highly recommend working with his experienced and professional team.
