Dont answer calls, Im tremendous pain and emergency hotline doesnt work

The doctor is EXCELLENT, but the staff he manages, especially the reception staff, leaves a lot to be desired. Unprofessional, they show a lot of immaturity, there are so many of them who converse in a high tone, and they are sarcastic when speaking and they do it with gestures, they do not pay attention when something is emphasized to them... not all of them have serious staff as well. My family was served there for 13 years. It is no longer like before, unfortunately, they must evaluate their staff well, it leaves a lot to be desired and another important point is to put a statement in the window if they are not going to work that day; So people don't wait for pleasure when they leave for an emergency and they answer the phone..... very disappointed...!!!!

The staff is amazing. I received great service. I came for an emergency and prior to addressing my issues I have an amazing deep cleaning pain free.

Super bad service, they dont even answers the phone. I have call several times and they never pick up. Also the number that they have in their voice mail for emergencies is out of service. This is unacceptable specially if you have an emergency! How can I even trust this company if they dont even do the bare minimum for their clients.
