I reached out to this dentist because of severe pain in mouth ... they responded but never got back to me making me suffer through weekend with excruciating pain . Its not like I was a random person but I fact one of their patients they didnt offer pain meds or antibiotics extremely disappointed at Dr. Iyer and their absurd neglect.

I've been going to Dr. Iyer for my dental care for 2 years and highly recommend him! Dr. Iyer is extremely attentive and knowledgeable and delivers exceptionally personal care. I found Dr. Iyer through a "Best Doctor" listing, and I'm really thrilled I did. Not only does he have an in depth understanding of the issue I'm dealing with, but he also allayed all concerns over my dental history and questions. Dr. Iyer uses such excellent up to date technologies, coupled with a genuine and sincere interest in identifying the most practical solutions tailored for the individual patients. Particularly helpful when my dental needs are related to medical matters. Dr. Shanker Iyer and Dr. Preeti Iyer have both provided me with high quality care. They both are very easy to talk to and explain things fully-in both laymans terms and in technical terms. They both are very thorough and make sure that their team there do the very best job that can be done. More importantly, their professionalism is top notch and I would only trust them with my care speaks for itself. They are like family and treat you like family and are excellent what they do! Looking forward to my next appointment with them!! His office is highly organized with state of the art equipment.
