The customer service in general is the worst, I spent a few hours trying to activate my Sim card to the phone I got, an they make it so complicated.

Before you get tracfone I been with then 10 years I got the Samsung S21 unlock phone I've been having issues they are blame it on the phone which it is not I took it to Samsung specialist and it is TracFone is the issue the worst company of them all is TracFone they love to rip your minutes off passing on
