I went to New Concept Beauty School for my cosmetology teacher license and let me tell you it was one of the best decision I ever made the teacher Ms.Luz was the most dedicated caring knowledgeable teacher you could ever meet along with the rest of the staff. I never been around so many amazing people that believe in you, and will cheer you on every step of the way sharing there experiences and information so that they can see you win Their hospitality made my experience a good one. Hello everyone, I share my opinion and my experience regarding the school, today I finish my studies and I am leaving happy to achieve the goal SUPER RECOMMENDED NEW CONCEPT SCHOOL, I loved the methodology, demand and commitment to its students, we They educate us from the moment we arrive, and prepare us to leave, all professionals, thank you, thank you, thank you.
I was able to fulfill my dream of being a professional in facial aesthetics and have my license to do eyelashes legally, which is what I love, plus the school is Spanish thank you New Concept for helping us move forward, God continue to bless you.

It's a good school, don't get me wrong. The morning/afternoon teacher by far a beyond its absolutely amazing. The bad thing is the leaders, the ones in the office behind a desk. Once you are in there, they "tell you what you're supposed to pay" after it they bring out all these hidden fees and numbers. Nevertheless, make sure you ask for every single penny that you're spending because remember this is all CASH nothing is done through a bank where you can reference back to. They make it seem like they are only there for the money trust that 2 a week they go to the class and ask who has not paid. There are certain factor and appropriate way of doing things. Of course, aside that you pretty much have to pay for everything yourself all they provide is a coat lol. Just want to let the 2 main people behind the desk that money isn't all at least pretend you care about your students..
BY ALL MEANS i am not putting the teacher in this, she is there to teach and by 100000% does her job.
So teacher 5 stars, the 2 main people behind the desk -1 .... So we go with a 3 seems fair.

Hello “Vanessa” (because we don’t know who you are)Maybe you left a review for the wrong school because I would say about 98% of our students either pay by Zelle or check and very few pay cash and everyone gets a receipt once they pay so in reference to you saying it’s all cash you’re completely wrong. We don’t even charge any interest fees or hidden charges as you state.Every student gets a contract and is given plenty of time to read the 5 pages when they come to sign up for school and we even give you a take home package with State/School rules and regulations to read and bring back to school once you start. We require a minimum of 3 weeks prior to starting school to sign up and some even sign up months in advance so if you didn’t read the rules and regulations at home during the weeks or months you had them in hand sorry but that’s not our fault. You state the front desk asks the students to pay… I see absolutely nothing wrong with the staff doing their job because everyone knows what they have to pay weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on the contract but sometimes students forget and we have to make sure everyone pays their school just as you would your rent or phone bill. You mention you only got a coat and that’s it but if you really are/were a student then that means you’re completely lying because we ALWAYS give each student a duffle bag with a full Kit including whatever is required by state law and even give much more in our kits along with 2 or 3 books depending on the course (full color Text book and work book) as well with 1 or 2 lab coats (2 if you’re in cosmetology or the Barber program) You say our teacher is great though, Thank you because that is a fact that ALL our 6 Teachers not only 1 as you mentioned are Amazing! If you in fact are/were a student I’m sorry you felt that your 3 star review was genuine enough to post but you know the truth behind your words and confirm you most likely aren’t/weren’t a student here. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews with beautiful commentary and pictures but we appreciate the time you took to comment.
