Had a great experience! The pitching machine was down, so one of the coaches had to self feed. He actually gave us batting tips as well. Super friendly and professional staff. Will definitely return and bring others!!

My two boys started playing baseball 4/5 years ago. We went there for a few basic little league classes. Coach Bob taught them the fundamentals. Bob showed the kids, through his actions, disciplined but fun baseball. He welcomed player at all levels: from little girls learning to play softball to high school boys playing competitive travel teams. Bob is there for the kids and the love of the game. Forward past pandemic to present time, my boys return again, this time to fine tune their fundamentals. Bob is as loving and welcomed as day one. Coach Josiah worked on the boys the first day. No thrill/no nonsense approach but at the same time warm and encouraging. My wife and I have seen other baseball facilities throughout the years, the coaches at the Hit Factory are the best overall. I encourage everyone interested to give them a try!

Brought my team of 6-8 year olds there for a practice and it worked out great. We rented 2 tunnels for an hour with half the team hitting and the other half pitching then rotated. They have helmets and bats for the kids and the baseballs were in good shape. We had plenty of room once we positioned all the equipment properly. Coach Bob was very friendly and you can tell he really cares about the kids and their development.
