Mr. Julio from customer service gave me very bad service, my visit to the bank was about some doubts about some services that I have with the bank and what I could see from this man was a desire to end my life very quickly. visit, also my daughter who was going for the first time, asked him several questions and he was not clear, he was not explicit, he was not friendly, a terrible image of the bank left by this character Julio, and HE DIDN'T RESOLVE MY DOUBTS, SO IT REMAINS THE SAME

This is baddest bank I have seen in my life, closing at 1:00 pm while they put sign on the doors open till 5:00 pm, If I want to take amount of money what shall I do, no respect, no care, I will keep up put your truth on reviews
