The bottom part of my freezer was an entire sheet of ice. This has been the case for over a week. I finally scheduled for freezer repair from Elizabeth Appliance Repair Service. The appliance service technician fixed the automatic defrost setting which was malfunctioning, and cleared the drain that was clogged.
