Elron Apartments

2nd Update (Mar. 2024): My satisfaction with this building/the managing organization is quickly decreasing. Their quality of work and communication is lacking and seems to also be declining. They may be attempting to improve the space as they say, but without at least decent quality work, materials, and application, and with poor communication there seems to be little pride in or concern with providing a quality experience to the tenants. That being said, I appreciate the support and diligence of Stacey from the overall JCM organization in not only discussing (and affirming) the issues at hand with me, but beginning the work of contacting the local staff to implement improvements. She has been great. _________________ Update: 2023 I have been at Elron for a little over a year now. The current super that we have, Ivan, is absolutely amazing. He is communicative, knowledgeable, proactive and effective. He has been extremely helpful with any issues I have had. Honestly, I hope he stays for a while because having a super who is not on top of things would really change the experience of living somewhere. I haven't experienced that issue with Ivan. I expressed some issues with not always getting responses to some inquiries and requests when contacting the leasing office, and JCM took that concern seriously. Within an hour of my feedback, Ivan contacted me and had all the issues that could be addressed right away completed within a few days. He has also kept me updated on the things that will take more time. The area is cool and the parking lot can be annoying at times with it being crowded or cars being where they shouldn't be, but I can appreciate and provide grace for them actually trying to make the place better. Elron is not perfect, of course, but within the year I have been here JCM has been making improvements continuously. I don't have any large or lingering complaints at this time. ______________________ 2022: First things first, Emily & Yvonne are awesome! They have been so responsive, helpful, and supportive with my move to Elron. Yvonne was great in showing me the unit and during the application process and Emily has been very helpful with information and assistance as I settle into my unit. JCM Living recently acquired the building and so they have expressed they are making a number of renovations/improvements. So far, I am pleased and hope to stay that way. I am hoping to see the renovations/improvements they told me about moving forward.

Ivette was amazing, she was very supportive and answered all questions even on her off days. Definitely recommend!!

Ivan is very helpful, attentive, responsive and always has a good attitude when contacted. He puts a lot of effort into fixing things and fixes them correctly.
