Paul helped us salvage our website and build something that not only helped me save time in updating, but also spoke to our personality, often with some touches and wording that I didn't realize were in there until I happened to find them. He took the time to educate me on things I could do better, and he continues to this day to assist us with the site as well as social media, SEO, and all the little things we as business owners take for granted. The most important part - he never makes me feel like a dummy, and he always responds to things quickly. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Not only did Spotlight Marketing Solutions deliver a great website, but Paul took the time to develop a social media plan for my business. Over a series of one on one virtual meetings, Paul showed me the hows and whys of maintaining my site, my shop, and expanding my social media presence. He is not afraid of showing his clients how to do it themselves. Knowing they might not need his service in the future, because they might become experts. In the past month I experienced a 500% increase in website traffic and a 200% increase in sales. I regret not investing in this a decade ago.

Back in the Summer of 2019, our company was looking to update our outdated website. Not only would we be looking for a fresh coat of paint but the website design would be the basis of a new marketing style to carry us into the future.
