ACCESS Surgery Center

Very disappointed from my experience at this surgical center. There is no compassion, customer service, or even friendliness. When arrived for my procedure, the most important thing they wanted to take care of was payment. As I prepare for my procedure, employees pass by not acknowledging you at all. God forbid, you need something. At the end of the procedure, I was rushed out within 10 min of waking up from anesthesia so that i don't pass my 4 hrs that was paid for. The next morning you get an automated message- not even a nurse calling to check in on you???? You need to train the staff that they work in medical customer facing environment.

If you want to wake up during your colonoscopy, this is the place to go. Never again.

Just went for a lapiplasty and the staff were as sweet as a cake made out of candy. Everyone who worked on me was very thorough and kind.

Got some injections recommended by Dr. years later I called the access center today to see if they have any track record of negative side effects and they said this is a Access center and injection center we don't track results and the nurse was so rude let me tell you if you pay three grand for any of these injections and you're the fool . They don't know what they're doing they're just practicing medicine and they can't even answer simple question about what's the long-term side effects of their procedure If it getting injections in ur back for temporary relief get a stins pack it sends small shocks or ice it or heait and do stretches

The ladies in the front that start your registration were very rood and felt bothered by me and my driver when we asked questions and wondering how long will it be? Also my driver went home while I had surgery and she called them to find out an update on me. The front desk lady was rude and obnoxious with her. But I'd like to say the ladies that prep you for surgery were very sweet and helpful. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be letting my surgeon know about this.
