Tommy is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I greatly appreciate his transparency and complete information that helped us to make an informed decision and feel comfortable about something that is majorly important for our home, our gutters. The incorrect pitch of our old gutters and the possible water damage to our home are crucial points that we didn't know and we have not received this proper and factual information from any other gutter professional we've had look at our property. Even from the moment we scheduled the estimate appointment, the customer service representative over the phone was courteous and scheduled the visit promptly; and Tommy himself came out the next day; very appreciated and impressive as he is one of the owners of the business and personally inspects the jobsites! Brothers' pricing is very reasonable as well. We are looking forward to the completion of the work and are relieved that Tommy is keeping us in the que for urgent gutter replacement and appointment move-up if he has a last minute cancellation. I highly recommend The Brothers That Just Do Gutters and I look forward to providing pictures of the finished product once the work is completed.
