the beautiful sexy italian looking guy that works in customer service is majestic and wonderful. they have a strict no animal policy, and as someone with a phobia of dogs, I was pleased when he punted that little chihuahua across the store, mauling it and likely preventing it from ever walking again. I saw the little rascal come in with a wheelchair next time good job!

The absolute longest time I've ever waited for deli meats at a BJ's or anywhere. 25 minutes gone from my life is just unexaptable. To make matters worse there are 3 people slicing and dicing but only one person serving a long line of customers. Do better BJ's of Edison. When I was helped, they were nice and courteous, however something needs to find because this is my 3rd and final time waiting this long.

Horrible customer service. Employees are always lazy to unload shipment. It has happened to me twice now that the app shows that an item is in stock and when I am in store I go around asking SEVERAL employees to help me locate the item and they wash their hands clean and play stupid because they don't want to get the item down from the crates. Each time I had to bypass this by submitting a store pickup order which forces them to grab the item anyway but then I have to make 2 trips to the store. Very inconvenient. Curbside review is also 1 star. No one respects the curbside spots. None of the cars parked in the spots had people in them. To top it all off this person took over 2 spots. I had to park elsewhere with my hazards on in hopes that I will get my order delivered. The instructions on the app say to park near curbside and put on hazards which I did. The employee stood at the entrance and didnt see my car parked by the entrance so she went back in with my order which caused a delay in getting my food. These curbside spots need to be monitored better.
