Their self service machine open 24/7. Can come in whenever you want to send mails.

Had an appointment and when I arrived passport office was locked. I went into post office to ask and lady behind counter right off the back was annoyed. Where is your paperwork, I've done passports so many times I had everything ready. As I pulled everything out as she asks, she then says well you can just go over there. Proceeds to talk down to me, rips my card out of my hand. I asked my husband what I did for this woman to treat me as she was
Nasty and rude. Public service is not your strong suit and should stay in the mail area where all you encounter is mail.
