We had a plumbing problem regarding the blockage in toilet bowl. We called Ken plumbing and they were available in very short period of time. We appreciate that they worked very hard to fix the problem even though the problem was much serious and needed bigger machinery to work on. For working over 2 hours, I paid them for their service. Since the issue was not fixed, Ken Plumbing was decent enough to return my money which made me very surprised to realize that such honest business people still exists. I would not hesitate to recommend this plumber to anyone as they are local in Edison and honest people. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing pipe repair

I've been suffering through bad steam heating for years. I've brought in two different plumbers in the area and it's been tragic. Nobody in either crew came close to helping. Ken's - totally different story. Last year cost me 1000 bucks, didn't fix the leaky radiators, added a leaking pipe in the basement, and half-ruined a hardwood floor. My kids have been freezing the past few months because their radiators are shut off. John and Anthony came out to fix the problem. It took them a bit to figure out the issue, but they stuck with it. Setting an appointment with them was easy. Customer service was great. When I setup my appointment they told me they charge $250 per hour. I thought it was high but I agreed to the appointment since they did not charge me to come out to take a look. I had a leak, it looks like they fixed it but Its been just a few days since they came out and I know plumbing issues can be patched up. I do think they fixed the problem successfully. Here is why I am giving them 3 stars, the job took 30 minutes to complete and they charged me an hour and a half because they started the clock when they got to the house. What makes this really bad is that before we agreed to hire them they had to go to the van and see if they had the parts. They left for over 30 minutes. When we agreed to hire them we did not know we were going to get charged for all that time. They spent 1 hour debating on how to fix the leak ( which was very simple and the pipe was exposed ) and looking for the parts in the van. I think this is done with the intention to bill more time.I think it is extremely unfair and deceitful to to do. At a minimum they should have told us it you hire us we will bill you for the time we have been here already and we could have made an informed decision. Instead we where surprised with the final bill. Lastly only after the job was completed did they mention they guarantee the work only for 30 days. Again this is something that needs to be stated ahead of time. I admit, I should have asked but an ethical company takes a proactive approach to ensure customers are aware of their policies.

They have the best equipment and they used the latest equipment to clean the blockage and did the video also to show that everything is clean. They saved almost $7,000 for me. Service: Sewer cleaning
