I went to Dr. Chen for the first time back in February 2024. I was diagnosed as having carpal tunnel which I had several years ago, which concluded me having to have surgery. Well it has resurfuced and had to have revised surgery. Dr. Chen has a very mild manners he's a soft spoken person who has the best bedside manners one doctor can have. Let me say this my appointments were scheduled in a timely manner, the waiting room time is minimal. And once your in the back his PA does what she needs to do and he's in with you less than 5 minutes. He explains whatever is going on with as to where you understands exactly what he is talking about. He doesn't eush in and out. He is a great doctor and deserves the 5 stars I gave him.
