All Star Fleet Maintenance

No one apparently knows what is going on. One minute your truck will be finished today the next time you call they will tell you it needs more work. Multiple service advisors and everybody is on a different page. If you do not call them they will never call you with an update

mechanics don't know what they're doing, installing the wrong parts without checking compliance by vin number, not repaired under warranty, lie brazenly. After independent inspection of the submitted report are silent, they promise to call back and do not call back. Not recommended visit this shop!!!

I came in at 800 am with a 56 passenger coach bus that needed a lug nut torched to get it off to change a flat tire on the inner right rear wheel. Even though I did not have an appointment a mechanic was working on the bus by 830 am and worked very hard for hours on a very hot day to get me back on the road as soon as possilbe to finish my trip at a very reasonable cost. It tooks serveral men to guide me to a repair spot as the bus is much larger than most of the truck or tractors on site but we got it into place. Everyone from Cathy in the office to the supervisor Luis to my mechanic Kevin were friendly and helpful. THANKS to everyone. You are all "Stars at All Star"!!! Jack Service: Tires
