Ron was very responsive, first one to give me a quote for the job over the weekend. I sent a picture to show my garage door repair needs, and he gave me a flat fee plus tax. He was very nice and flexible with the appointment date and time too, scheduling mine immediately based on his earliest availability. He and his repairman came out on time and finished in about an hour, despite more things I asked them to fix (the buttons on the wall were not working consistently, and the sensors that were rather finicky). They were both very professional and cordial, completing the entire job in about an hour. When I asked for an extra clicker to buy, Ron got a used one out of his truck, replaced the old batteries, programmed it, and gave it to me for free. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely call and refer them in the future.
