Ember Fireplaces, Inc.

After visiting several other stores that didnt seem to want to be bothered with my project, Keith was able to find the perfect fireplace to replace the existing unit in my home. The existing space had some limitations but Keith searched numerous manufacturers to find something that could be used and we ultimately chose a linear unit by Flare. We couldnt be happier with the finished product. The whole process was relatively smooth and install was scheduled in a very reasonable timeframe. The install crew was very professional and courteous as well, as its typically an unpleasant experience to have people working in your home, but everyone was a true professional and made the process painless. I would highly recommend Ember to anyone.

When looking for an outdoor fireplace for our deck, we turned to Ember Fireplaces. They answered all of our questions and confirmed the unit would work for our space. They were very knowledgeable. They were very professional through the process of ordering and installing our fireplace. The crew that installed the unit arrived timely and were very courteous, being sure to leave the space in the same condition it was in when they arrived. Keith and his team were also very helpful during the inspection process with our town. I recommend Ember Fireplaces.

We had an extraordinary experience at Ember Fireplaces. We are shopping for a fireplace to be installed in a vacation home outside Ember's service area. Since Ember Fireplaces is convenient to our primary residence, we went there to do research. We made it clear on two visits we were on a fact finding mission for a job out of their territory. A different sales associate took the time to educate us on each visit. We left the second visit with printed copies of the specs for the units we are considering, plus the the names of two authorized dealers in the area of our vacation home we can order the units through. After thanking them for spending time with us for a job outside their territory, the gracious response was that they were paying it forward. Thanks again for being so helpful and guiding us along.
