        I ordered a battery for my 1998 Moto Guzzi motorcycle. Unfortunately the Mighty Max battery was too tall to fit. I contacted Sarah in customer service and she was exceptional. I asked for a return shipping label to send the battery back. Sarah said no return was required and processed a full refund. That is how you do business and although this battery was not compatible, I will pick this company as a first choice for batteries in the future.

        I ordered one battery from this company and they sent me two! They charged my credit card twice! I sent the unopened package to them and they stated they never received it. I then sent them a picture of me returning this item through the post office. Then all of a sudden they received it.Wow. They told me that this item is non returnable and I told them I never ordered two batteries and wanted a refund. Negative results so far. I am in contact with Amazon.
