American Unity Dental

This office has been my PCD for the last year and a half. Their communication is abominable, its so hard to get in for an appt. Ive even had a regularly scheduled cleaning appt only to show up and then they tell me the doctor is out for the day. Today I needed an emergency appt and they finally called back 3.5 hours later just to tell me they stopped taking my insurance. I had another cleaning already scheduled with them, not sure when they were planning to tell me about the Insurance change. You always get pushed to the call center and they can never reach the office. Truly a blessing in disguise to have to switch dentists so fast but unfortunate that they couldnt be there when I really needed them. Two stars because the one receptionist who is sometimes there is great and a few of their dentists are too but you never know who youre going to get on any given day since they rotate and leave so often.

Haven't been here in 2 years because they neglected my teeth. Didn't put a crown on after receiving treatment and now it's worse. I plan on contacting my insurance company. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE!!!

Had a great experience all 3 times I visited. Today, I had to bring my 2-year-old with me. They were all understanding and patient. The dentist and the cleaning were excellent. He was very knowledgeable, identified the issues quickly, and effectively communicated them to me. The dental assistant was also very kind. Great service overall. Thank you guys

Dr. Savani is an excellent dr. We are very happy with his work top of that he is very soft spoken & well mannare.
