I wish I could give zero star. This dental place - there are no permanent dentists. Every dentist seems to be new( don't know what they are doing) or different dentists every time you go for the treatment. Had an issue with chipped tooth during the treatment. The office manager promised to fix the issue; now they are saying it is your tooth that was in bad condition. Arguing back and forth about it and went to the office to obtain the dental record. The office manager said to get out of the office and email to get copies of the record. Rude patient care and dental practice is absolutely no! I wish I had read all the reviews.

The HR manager called me to inform me of the conclusion of my complaint. All the details were included in the complaint but she doesn't seem to understand why I had to see another dentist. Their conclusion is very simple and negative because another dentist has touched the tooth to fix it. If they had followed up and responded to my request when this first occurred, this would never have happened. I called and sent several emails when the tooth was wiggling for the first time, but at that time they did not reply to my emails, and now they blame the dentist who actually helped me when I was in trouble. Also, looking at the broken crown, you can see how thin the screw is. It looks like they are using very poor quality materials.
Today, I visited my family dentist's office because the implanted tooth (done in the UD Edison in Jan, 2020) wiggled again, and found that the implanted tooth was actually broken at this time. He said the screw seems to be too thin. I need a big surgery to remove the implant from the bone. This is really disappointing and frustrating. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A BIG TROUBLE.
I don't know about their general dental service. It'll be fine if you come for a regular checkup. But considering serious services such as implants, I highly recommend not going there. They are very irresponsible. I had two new implants last year. As mentioned below, one of them was loose, so I contacted them to fix it. They said the dentist no longer works there. So what, you don't care for patients because he doesn't work in the office anymore? Wow, I can't believe it. I think their doctors are not committed, so if you're considering serious surgery, don't go there. Anything can happen, and they won't take care of you. They won't provide any follow-up treatment. I will also report their negligence to the BBB. I heard from my dentist friends that it's not rocket science, and if they have a tool, they can fix it in five minutes. The issue is that It is hard to find the dentists who use the same implant brand because different implant brands have different systems. I don't understand why they are so irresponsible. I contacted the front desk staff (she said she is a manager, but I don't think so) and waited for two weeks, but they don't respond to my request.
I called today because there was an issue with one of the implanted teeth, which is loose. It is just one year old, but now it starts to be loose. Overall I was satisfied with their services, and this issue was not expected. Because I currently do not live in NJ, I was trying to ask what kind of screwdriver can be used to tighten it so that I can ask my family dentist to fix it. Otherwise, I should visit NJ to get it fixed, which is very costly. Anyway, for this issue, I contacted the office. I had some unexpected response from the manager. She seemed to be annoyed by my call, and found that she was confused with another patient. She politely apologized for this which was acceptable. However, it would be better if she could more patiently listen to my issue. She said she would call me back if she finds something she can do. I hope it is soon.

You guys are cooking the reviews on google . This is the worst dentistry place to ever go , from ethics and the way they treat people. Youve had multiple doctors quit and walk out and dont get me started. How your treated based upon your insurance carrier is disgusting and discriminatory . I would advise anyone to do the research about this location before you decide to even pick or choose them.
