You bought the machine from another dealer, and you are having a problem with it not working. The dealer you purchased it from could not fix it and told you to bring it to us. They told you what is wrong with it and you shared that with us, but that dealer could not fix it.We disagreed with that dealer’s initial evaluation and said we will have to look into it more. We indicated it would not be immediate since we were backed up. A week later you called and were informed it was not looked at yet. You said either do it today or you will take it somewhere else. We told you it would not be looked at or worked on today and expected you to pick it up. You waited another week before you picked it up… I think we were very clear and we heard you clearly, that you did not want your machine fixed on our schedule.I would welcome a phone conversation or an in-person conversation.
