Punctual, honest, fair, and absolute experts in their line of work. SO happy with our home's new makeover! We found this company on a community FB page. Usually i am a little weary on using companies from FB pages but I did more research on KIAM and the first thing I noticed was how many people were happy with their customer service. It is so easy to get a good sales man to convince you to use the company and then the work and customer service is terrible. This is a small, family owned small business. They were always a phone call away and their communication was amazing. We did a huge painting renovation. I changed my mind about colors in the middle of the project, we had to postpone the project a couple days, And we also added on Work that wasn't originally in the contract. Maria and Kris were SO accommodating, SO helpful, and ALWAYS stayed on their word. Their prices were very fair. The way they collected payment was also very fair and explained to you ahead of time. No hidden fees no surprise cost and you were told ahead of time how you had to pay. I highly recommend KIAM for their high quality work and EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Very good guys, honest to work with. They work as per your demand and likings. Kris is the owner, he personally comes to give you estimates as well as work on your dream project. He work as he works on his personal home project and he cares for your property. He works with older gentlemen name George, a very smart and dedicated man to do the job. I had bathroom remodeling project completed by KIAM team. They come on time and completed the project in given time.

Kris and team did a wonderful job renovating our second floor. He installed an accent wall, painted the entire floor, and refinished our cabinetry. 10/10 recommend! Family owned business for the win!!!!
