My parents however , decided to stay with ATA for the convenience of the group being able to speak Chinese.
The group claims that they offer a level of service that exceeds all expectations with quality work.
However , when my mother pointed out to her accountant that there was a misspelling of her name, she blamed my mom for the mistake .
Customer service 101, you never blame the customer / client .
