Robert and the staff were quick to have the two vehicles I was interested in ready to test drive, and after I chose one, the negotiations I had with Robert in securing a good price and the necessary financing were fair and swift. While we waited for the paperwork and the vehicle to be prepared, Robert kept us company, and also properly advised as to the time it would take to prep the vehicle and get us out the door. . Our experience with Auto Lounge of Edison went well from the start. We went there looking for options. Rob, the salesman, treated us with much respect and showed us many options. We took the cars for a drive, and after test-driving three cars, we got into this 2021 VW Tiguan R-Line and loved it. Although we didn't buy any cars that day, we ended up coming back because the other dealerships weren't showing us the same energy Rob was. We decided to come back for that 2021 VW Tiguan, and everything went smoothly from the paperwork to the purchase. I must say... Good communication, active listening, adaptability to client needs, product knowledge, organization, positive attitude, and self-confidence. Rob made us feel a part of the Auto Lounge Club without a doubt.

I went there Saturday to look at 2 Convertibles but one was sold and I didn't like the other. Juan said he had a red one a Mercedes. I saus I didn't like red and Mercedes too much to fix. It's a far drive for me and going during the week is hard. I can only do Saturdays. I just went on internet and saw that they had a Chevrolet Camaro Convertible and never was told about it. I would have been interested in it. Very disappointed in salesman.

Diana the salesperson was professional throughout the car shopping process today, answering all questions about features and prices. We had stopped in for a Toyota Cross but determined it didn't have a critical feature after the test drive. Diana promptly showed us similar compact SUVs with the feature. She worked out a fair pricing deal with Frank's approval (Frank is a manager) on a upgraded compact SUV with more features than we could count and about 3k below KBB value. This is my new goto place for pre-owned vehicles. Frank and Diana are awesome.

This is called Autoclub now. Don't get cheated.We bought a car and they duped us with highest interest rate showing some lame reasons. They only trade with highest interest rates and scam ppl. AS if that was not enough the documentation charges were 7-8k extra.
