I recently visited the bank to open a new account and I must say, my experience was exceptional, all thanks to Mukta Gupta. Worst service of any BoA location. ATM in drive is constantly broken and not taking cards. Went into walk up and it never told me they only dispenses $100 bills. Come on BoA this isnt rocket science

Ms Mukta Gupta is a very professional banker and gave an excellent service to my family who visited the bank to open a new account. I wasnt able to be there with them but I was happy to see that all their concerns were resolved by Ms Gupta. I highly recommend this branch of BOFA.

Ms Mukta Gupta is a very professional banker and gave an excellent service to my family who visited the bank to open a new account. I wasnt able to be there with them but I was happy to see that all their concerns were resolved by Ms Gupta.
