Great service provided by this company ; Extremely detail oriented ; inquired about all the details before filing the tax to get maximum refund if possible ; I did ITIN application through them - filled all the necessary details for me and explained about doing paper filing due to ITIN application ; shared the documents to carry over when filing with IRS office by appointment ; walked me through the final tax return document and making sure Im comfortable understanding the tax Im filing with IRS; covered state and city tax filing documents as well; overall happy satisfied with their service

I had pulled my details into TurboTax thinking it would all be a straight shot, but it turned out trickier than expected. The various documents I had pulled did not seem to be working out correctly. Fortunately, I could get Nataraj on a video call and he saved my day by reviewing and sorting things for me.
