First Rate Roofing and Chimney

I contacted First Rate the week before Christmas. The weather had been very bad and the skylight over my Mothers dining room had started leaking. Every company I called didnt offer to come until days, even weeks later. First Rate came that same day to look at the leak and place a tarp for us until they could come back to fix it in safer weather. My moms roof and chimney were very old and she ended up choosing to replace the whole thing. First Rate was honest and professional from the beginning. They came when they said they would. They finished quickly. Their price was reasonable. They cleaned up everything after they left. We couldnt be happier with the results. We highly recommend them to anyone for emergency repairs and/or a new roof. We will definitely use them again without hesitation! Thank you so much!

Tim from First Rate Roof and Chimney was great. There were prompt and went out of their way. We had roof repair, replaced shingles for leaks, chimney cap installed, and guttered cleaned. We just bought the house and needed to repair the roof for leaks that was visible from the inside. After the work was done, even after multiple rain storms and snow, we have not seen any leaks. I had missing shingles at the peak of the roof after a storm. Tim answered his phone right away, came on time for the estimate and got the job done quickly and professionally. Needed our gutters fixed because they clogged frequently and heavy rain caused the water to overflow from the gutters and pool close to the foundation of our house. We worked with Tony throughout the process. Their prices were good and they were able to install the gutters with leaf guards within a few days. After the install, we still had an issue with one section of a gutter (where water from several parts of the roof converged) which still overflowed if it rained heavily. I called Tony and he responded immediately even after we already paid them. In addition, his guys were back the next day to evaluate and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company! They are responsive and do what they can to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work.
