We began our search about 6 months into the pandemic. The real estate market in the NYC area is always wild, and things were even more chaotic as the pandemic swirled around us. One of our favorite things about working with Judy was her consistently positive attitude. As first-time home buyers, Judy was able to keep our spirits up while also helping to maintain a realistic outlook. After our initial phone call (we were referred by a friend), we spent an afternoon looking at different properties that spanned the range from move-in ready to a time warp from the 1960s that needed some serious TLC. Judy quickly dialed in on our preferences which made looking at subsequent properties a breeze. While we occasionally ran into situations where homes went off the market before we had a chance to see them, Judy was able to make the most of our trek from Queens so that we could stop by other nearby homes on the fly. In a white-hot market, we knew we would have to act fast when we found a winner, and sure enough we eventually did! Judys counsel was invaluable as we worked our way through the initial offer, counter offer, attorney review, all the way to closing day. While she is obviously a polished professional, in our experience working with Judy felt like catching up with an old friend. She has no hidden agenda and empowered us to make our own decisions. Judys rolodex is also a huge plus; she has contact info for plenty of mortgage brokers, lawyers, and home inspectors. Buying a home is a stressful process, but Judy was always there to field questions and provide the occasional pep talk. If we ever are in the market again, Judy will be our first phone call. We cant recommend her enough!!

What can I say about Judy except that she is the greatest! She helped us find our new home in NJ after we sold our NY property but what really stuck out to us was that she made us feel like we were her only clients! She answered our calls even when she shouldn't have after hours and when she couldn't take the call she still texted right back! And as finicky as we were about what we wanted in a home she never broke a sweat or seemed upset! In the end she found us the home that we wanted and we almost missed it because we didn't like the pictures but she said lets see it anyway because its better than you think and she was right! I could go on and on but I'II close with this if you want the best attitude and commitment from a realtor then look no further cause here she is. Judy is a true professional who sees the beauty of each home and is passionate in helping her clients find their ideal home. Ive worked with her for 15 years. She helped me buy my first home, walking me through each step. She also helped me know when it was the best time to sell it. There were a couple of times we considered selling earlier, but she helped us realize that it was not an ideal time. We ended up selling over asking (and my purchase price) and found the perfect window that maximized our profits. Her pictures, videos, and promotions made our property look amazing, which got 3 offers in 24 hours! She worked diligently (and quickly) facilitating a close within 3 weeks! She is now working on helping us find a new home, which is tough in this market. She has been patient with us as we try to look for the perfect house, in our ideal location, with our limited budget. Shes got an amazing eye finding faults in homes I wouldnt know to look for. Shes made appointments for us on the drop of a dime to accommodate our schedule. She has also found homes not on market, which has expanded our search. As we look at more homes, she helps us understand what we are looking for and how we can transform some homes to our familys needs. There is nobody that would have understood us like Judy has through this journey. Im thankful to have maintained a relationship and friendship with Judy and recommend her to everyone I know.
