horrible customer service. Horrible staff. Very disrespectful and they dont care how they treat the customers even though they are charging 80$ + per month for an overcrowded mediocre gym with dirty bathrooms. My account was suspended for 1 week without my knowledge because someone else had signed in using my barcode ( also unknown to me) I tried to explain to the manager that I had no idea that my barcode was being used yet she rudely told me that she has to suspend my membership. I am a daily member of the gym and have bought multiple articles of clothing as well as shakes and vitamins/ protein powder and this is how I was treated.

Love the dumbbell dance / pilate classes (Erika Santiago), combat (Carrie Borona) and body pump (Leah Glenn) classes. You can enjoy the river and NYC skyline views while working out and eat delicious food at Mitsuwa or SGD Tofu house nearby!

Great local gym with clean facilities, upgraded equipment, and helpful staff on site. They have spin, yoga, and Zumba classes that you can take during the week. Also a variety of trainers that can help you with a personalize training plan. On-site childcare facility. Staff pays extra attention to not leaving children unattended and keeping them entertained, great plus for parents. Motivating, friendly, workout community.
