THE BOW HAD DRIED RICE STICKS ON IT! I ordered two deluxe bows and two other bows. One of them had dried rice sticks on it. Then I checked the other three bows and I can tell all of them were dirty as they had dried dirt sticks on the bow. Can't believe how they failed the basic food serving 101. Enough of complaining sanitation. Lets talk about the bow itself. (Yeah, I ate it anyway......) The salmon wasn't t good. You can't see the white fat strips in it and the salmon color was faded and the meat is barely holding its shape. The uni wasn't good. Its color was brown yellow and it had no taste. The shrimp wasn't good. It wasn't as red as how it should be. The only thing I am confident to eat was the miso soup because it was fully cooked and it was in a single use cup! Kaisen Hannosuke and the mitsuwa food court used to be my must-visit place when I have the chance. I believe it's time to cross it off from my list.

Whoever was working on 2/19 General C at around 12 PM needs to get a promotion! She was SO nice, smiled, and provided wonderful service. I dont think ive seen better service as a customer before.

It used to be high quality Chirachi with consistency for years pre-pandemic. But since COVID, it couldnt replicate the old formula and went downward trend rapidly. Pretty sad.

It was a pretty delicious tempura bowl. The soba was the worst, so I recommend the tempura bowl.

Went with the classic set menu #1. All of the tempura came freshly fried. Good ingredients, both seafood and veggie, for the tempura. Rice was soft and bouncy. Even the miso soup was good. Everything in the set was delicious.
