Verizon has a program to connect your own tablet to their 5g cellular network. Brought in my tablet and found it to be not comparable. Verizon had a samsung A9+ tablet for $269. Staff got me extra $150 discount eligibility and only $10 month fee. Got myself a new tablet that connects anywhere with 5g for less than $150 and $10 month for e-sim service. Whole process took less than 30 minutes and had a great experience.

Careless and unprofessional employees . I stood in the store for 20 minutes and wasnt acknowledged or greeted with a simple well be with you shorly. I walked out. Go to another location or be prepared to waste your time.

The worst experience i had to go through. If you want to be helped, visit the location in Fairview. The reps at the Promenade didnt even attempt To help me. They need to learn to listen. They need to learn to at least make an attempt to help instead of immediately saying no. I felt discriminated at this place. Employees show no empathy, they don't care. I feel the choose who to be nice and attentive with. While i was on the phone with verizon trying to explain for the 10th what was going on, the rep was going above and beyond for another client moving service from t mobile. Do they prefer new customers and is that why existing clients receive such a poor Experience? Def not the store to do business with
